• BACCALAUREATE DEGREE HOLDERS BEFORE 2020

You hold your baccalaureate before 2020 and you have never applied to a university before.
You wish to follow an open training course at the university of Tlemcen.
You have to scan your baccalaureate transcripts and complete the following form via the following link: bac_before_2020.

• SIGN UP FOR A SECOND CERTIFICATE

You have a higher education qualification obtained more than 5 years ago (2015 and under). This condition is necessary even if you hold several baccalaureates or a diploma obtained under the pedagogical supervision of the ministry of high education and scientific research (see note 12.09.2019).
You wish to prepare a second degree at the university of Tlemcen.

• 3RD YEAR LICENSE REGISTRATION

You hold a DEUA or TS diploma or a PEF diploma.
